What would make a serious portfolio feel like home?

I’m building Palette for artists whose work is spread across camera rolls, folders, old websites, shop links, exhibition records, and social posts.

The goal is simple: one permanent digital home for the body of work. Palette is designed for the serious organization session on a larger screen, then quick updates, uploads, edits, analytics, and sharing from a phone.

New work starts private. The artist decides what is ready to publish, then shares one memorable link for artwork, shows, commissions, shop, press, and contact.

I’d love feedback from artists, curators, and designers:

1. What would make you trust a portfolio platform with your existing body of work?

2. Where do you currently lose the most time when preparing work for a portfolio or collector?
