Congrats on the launch!! 💪 Took a look after your LinkedIn message and it’s nice to see that the team is active in the comments and already fixing small things quickly. The idea is interesting too, especially not having to jump between a bunch of different AI model tools.

momentum day done. the playbook for the next 96 hours that most makers blow:
day 1 post-launch: DM every new signup personally. not "thanks for joining" — ask what they tried first and what almost stopped them. 3 sentences max. you will get 4-5 reasons your activation is broken for free.
day 2-3: write a "what i learned from launch day" post on PH the second your thread cools, repost the link on linkedin and X. people love post-mortems more than launches.
day 4-7: pick the 5 highest-signal commenters from today and ask each of them for one specific piece of feedback on a feature. half will say no, half will give you 20 minutes that compound for 6 months.
congrats on the day Deepak. the next 96 hours decides whether oxlo flatlines at launch-day numbers or compounds past them.
