I could probably name very few of the founders behind the software I use every day. On Product Hunt, though, I sometimes end up remembering the people behind a product even when the product itself wasn t made for me.. The way a maker or someone from the team talks in the comments, explains things, or replies to something I wrote can make the whole thing feel less like a random app, website or product from a stranger. That can be enough for me to look around a little longer, save it, follow it, or simply remember it. A few times I ve even recommended products later to people who could use them, simply because I remembered the people behind them and had a good feeling about what they had built. Has a maker or team ever changed the way you saw a product?
