I wasted nearly 2 months trying to optimize everything instead of actually doing the work.

I kept switching between tools, agents, systems, workflows, and ideas, constantly feeling “busy” but rarely shipping anything meaningful.

Then I simplified everything.

I started working in focused sessions. Before every session, I wrote down exactly what I wanted to accomplish.

That single change brought me back to:

- reading consistently
- writing consistently
- learning consistently
- actually shipping things

Then I had a thought:

What if this became a product?

A system that:

- forces clarity before work
- tracks what actually got done
- uses AI to review your output honestly
- creates proof/accountability through shareable posters
- builds a community around people who actually ship
That idea became Outputly.

It is my first online product!
