This could redefine recruiting! Can employers filter candidates by skills demonstrated in videos, not just keywords?

@desmond_ren1 Hey, recruiters can describe their ideal candidate in natural language and we match the candidates based on your whole profile, including videos (transcript) etc

finally something different! i've had enough of all the BS on linkedin lately, seriously. it's just noise most days ( T_T). openspot looks like a breath of fresh air, maybe a place where you can actually show who you are? not just buzzwords. looks really clean. nice job and congrats on the launch team!!
