Hi there - well done on the launch. Just thought I would let you know that the responsive design of the website is not scaled properly on tablet (iPad Pro 11inch) portrait mode. All the content is cut off and unreadable.

I appreciate that Mira focuses on 'fit narratives' rather than just volume. The personalization-volume tradeoff is usually where AI outreach fails, so seeing an agent that prioritizes reasoning over template-blasting is refreshing. How do you ensure the agent maintains your brand's specific 'tone of voice' when Mira handles the initial outreach?

Interesting that you've focused on execution instead of building another recruiting copilot. The end to end flow from sourcing to interview booking is compelling, especially if the fit reasoning is reliable. Curious whether recruiters can inspect why Mira shortlisted or rejected specific candidates.

The part that caught my attention was that this seems to handle the whole recruiting flow instead of only helping with sourcing. A lot of AI hiring tools just generate candidate lists and then leave the actual evaluation to humans. But once you start automating screening, it becomes much more interesting since that’s usually the most judgment heavy part of hiring.

I was also wondering what that experience feels like for candidates themselves. Is the screening process more like chatting with an AI, answering a guided set of questions, or something different? And in cases where someone doesn’t exactly check every box in the job description but clearly has potential, how does the system avoid filtering them out too early?

I really liked the part about candidates being able to ask questions about the role, team, comp, etc before even deciding to move forward. That makes the process feel a lot more human compared to most recruiting tools right now.

I’m actually looking for a summer internship at the moment, so this was a genuinely interesting product to come across. Deff going to try it out.

Mira handling the full funnel from sourcing to booking interviews is proper agentic recruiting. How do you prevent the agent from ghosting qualified candidates who don't fit rigid keyword filters?

I noticed it runs throughout the day without needing human involvement, which makes the entire recruitment process much faster. As a student myself, the idea of being screened by AI first feels less stressful compared to facing a human recruiter. I'm curious to know how Mira handles candiadates who are nervous while answering during screening, does it flag them or give them a second chance and comfort the student?
