I used to work at a call center doing outbound sales in college. Our autodialer was TERRIBLE and lacked the deeper analytics you provide.
What made you decide to build this as an open source project, Scott?
The much loved (>100 upvotes), Aircall, provides similar functionality (although not open source). cc @Olivierpailhes, @mvaxelaire.
