Most online converters ask you to upload the document to their server first. This one does the work in your browser with WebAssembly. Nothing is installed, no account is needed, and the file never leaves your device. You can read the pages, copy text, print, and save the document as a PDF. It is free. Honest limits: fonts and line breaks can differ a little from the original, and some documents may not open. If one fails for you, I would like to hear which kind so I can look into it.
