Hey everyone 👋 I'm Harsha, one of the builders behind Oncourse AI. Quick personal story on why this exists: After my 2nd year of college, after getting an average GPA, I stumbled into neuroscience of learning. Spaced repetition, active recall, interleaving — the stuff cognitive scientists have known for decades but nobody was applying to exam prep. I started using these techniques on myself. My GPA went from an average 3/4 to a perfect 4/4. Not because I got smarter — because I stopped wasting time on things my brain had already locked in and focused only on my gaps. That experience broke something in my head. I couldn't un-see how broken traditional studying was. Everyone around me was grinding 12-hour days with the same static question banks, following the same generic study plans, burning out just before the test — and still failing. So we built what I wished existed: an AI tutor that actually understands where you're weak, adapts to you in real-time, and uses the same cognitive science principles that transformed my own learning and uses AI to do this. Today, 30,000+ medical students across 15 countries use Oncourse to prep for USMLE, NEET-PG, and INI-CET. Built mostly on word-of-mouth. We're a small team in Bangalore. Would love your honest feedback. Drop your thoughts — I read every single comment.
