Love the idea; testing this against "Book Like a Boss" to see which is easier and produces better conversions from my site. Unfortunately, as long as clients who want to book my time have to register with Omnify before booking, this won't find its way into my workflow.

forced registration to book an appointment is a deal-breaker for me

G-suite calendar integration not working. Did a test charge and my card showed someone elses company for the preauthorization (not my clients) - a major no-no. When the end user adds an additional user, a blank user gets added. After successful payment the page just hangs at "processing" and never gives a confirmation of successful payment page to the end user. This is an amateur shit show. It's not ready for prime time. Spent hours on implementing it for my client and now have to find some other solution.

Hey Moe, there was issue with Google Calendar Integration because of the heavy traffic we encountered during our AppSumo Campaign. This has been fixed. Regarding the Card, we do not pre generate any company's name. Also, this is handled by Stripe. It would be really helpful if you can contact our support team with a screenshot and details of the issue. However, really apologise for the issues you faced.

I'm still in the process of creating my products and that is great to have Omnify to make things easier for me.

Pros:

Simple, easy to use, when scheduling works for a whole world and it shows different time zones, since I live in Ireland, Europe

It's not all it's cut out to be, besides, after being charged over $149 for a subscription, spending the most part of a month configuring it and moving my customers onto the platform,..... we had to pull it down!. Still today, 17 days after asking Co-Founder @kabandisaikia to "Cancel the account" and delete all data, they have still not taken the account down and, despite specific request to STOP - my customers are still receiving auto responder emails Considering the volume of private data, payment information, my requests to cancel the account have all been ignored we are committed to act on the "Cease and Desist" letter today. Hanson For the record: Attracted by the UI, I decided to trial the platform (in 2017). I was happy to find some features here that weren't on other platforms however, overall, the platform was glitchy. I decided to leave it for the time being. In July 2018 I revisited and, based on what I read and I could see on the front end, I decided to buy in to test it out again. There are definitely many great features of the Omnify platform however, it's buggy, when asked when certain errors will be fixed, the technical team general response is - we'll get back to asap and in most cases, not.
