This concept is pretty wild..!
Agora-1 is an interactive world model where multiple people can basically join the same generated world in real time. You are not just watching a video output. You are sharing the simulation with other players.
The impressive part is consistency. Different players can see the world from different viewpoints, while the model maintains a shared state and simulates the interaction between everyone.
So what is this exactly?
A video model? A multiplayer game model? A world model with playable consequences?
Maybe we need a new category for it.
Either way, this feels like a very interesting stage for world models.
