Across 1,000+ scored decks, the two weakest dimensions are Financials (avg 4.61/10) and Risk (avg 4.86/10). These are the two dimensions most mentors and accelerators never comment on.
If you upload your deck and score below 6 on Financials, try adding three things:
- Unit economics (CAC/LTV, even if estimated)
- 18-month runway post-raise
- Burn rate with path to profitability
That alone typically moves the overall score by 1.0-2.0 points.
