Would you keep a Dynamic Island-style control center permanently visible on Windows?

I’m building NotchClean, a lightweight control surface that sits at the top-center of Windows as a small notch and expands when you need it.

The current version includes:

• System & browser-cache cleaning
• Live CPU / RAM / disk monitoring
• Drag-and-drop File Shelf
• Searchable clipboard history
• Media controls
• RAM memory tools

The biggest product question I’m still thinking about isn’t actually a feature.

It’s how present the notch should be during everyday work.

Right now I’m considering:

A. Always visible — tiny collapsed pill
B. Auto-hide — appears when the cursor reaches the top
C. Hotkey only — completely hidden until summoned
D. User chooses between all three

If this lived on your Windows desktop every day, which behavior would you prefer?

I’m especially interested in feedback from multi-monitor users and people who already use PowerToys, Rainmeter, Start11, etc.
