Nifty Project Management - All-in-One Project Management Workspace.

There are so many project management tools out there it's tough to differentiate, I will however say that NiftyPM does it in their own unique way. Their design, flow and UX is great, they could make it perfect with a few refinements, but it's great. However, the biggest value lays in how it creates an overview for you. Watch my entire review of NiftyPM: Using NiftyPM I have really been able to stay on top of things and not take on projects I couldn't due to my workload. It's such a great workload management tool I must say. It's so important a PM tool create breathing room for you, and you don't have to look for every single thing, their search option is great and combined with their workload management and the budget module coming up, we're going into an exciting time for NiftyPM!

What I love most about Nifty is the simplicity and well thought out UI. It has what you need to manage and report on projects without the bloat of features many competitors have. The built in chat/Slack replacement is another unifying and time saving feature. Since I have been using it there have been numerous improvements and they seem to be steadily adding helpful capabilities. I highly recommend Nifty.

I have used Nifty for about 6 month now and it is an amazing tool. I can not see how I would ever go back to any of the other tools I tried - and I tried so many. GREAT FOR PLANNING OVERALL GOALS/MILESTONES & TASKS - AND TIME-TRACKING) I work part-time as a consultant (hourly payment) and am driving my own business all by myself. Nifty has helped me keep track and stay within reasonable hours in both "jobs", while getting things done. GREAT SUPPORT Very swift and friendly replies from the support team. When I needed them, it was after not finding the answer in the documentation - often it was because I was looking for features not available (yet). I LOVE THAT I CAN SHARE MY WORKSPACES OR PROJECTS I can invite guests to projects or tasks, which is awesome for transparency in customer relations and external support needed from consultants etc. VERY INTUITIVE There is almost no learning curve - it's very intuitive and I have recommended it to colleagues. WORTH THE MONEY I am so happy with my purchase and am sad that I left the software unused for such a long time. I like the simplicity of it and only miss a few features for my needs as an entrepreneur. Time is money - so here is my wishlist to fix what's missing for me... THAT SAID - I WILL NOT STOP USING NIFTY!!! I LOVE IT AND I AM SURE IT WILL BE EVERYTHING I NEED AND COULD WISH FOR IN THE FUTURE <3 WHAT I MISS I am looking so much forward to the Microsoft 2-way calendar integration, so I can have one coordinated calendar for all my activities. I have only a few features that I miss (on top of the planned 2-way calendar integration): CALENDARS - adding more than one Microsoft calendar (personal/workplace/different profiles/inboxes/workspaces - this would make year planning for the business much easier. RESOURCE PLANNING & CROSS-PROJECT HOUR/RESOURCE LIMITATIONS PER PERSON OR PROJECT/TASK ETC. Currently, I have to work with Nifty and create budgets, resource and time planning, and estimates in Excel, which feels like I have to do things twice (and makes my budget vulnerable to errors due to missing tasks or other non-aligned changes between my plan in Nifty and the resource plan/budget in Excel). Here is what I need: - ability for allocation of hours available per week for people, and hours needed for project/milestone/task, so the planning of a project does clearly show whether more hires are needed or the timeline is not realistic. (even better if the hour rate/costs could be added as well) - Resource planning would be great for budgeting MOBILE APP -time management in mobile app (I would love to be able to add / edit time spent on a task from the mobile app, when I am touring from one meeting to the other. INTEGRATIONS - widget/integration with Collaboard (similar to that for Miro)

I wrote a relatively critical review here, before, at a time when Nifty was having major issues. They really made strides to address the concerns and, since their move to AWS, the platform has been rock solid. We haven't seen any of the weirdness that we saw in the younger platform. They absolutely have the best UX/UI we've seen in a product in this space. They have an active/engaging following online and are consistently adding new features and making product improvements. I would not hesitate to give them a recommendation at this point.
