Hi everyone! I'm Natalie, founder of Neighbr 👋 The idea for Neighbr started when I needed a drill to mount a TV. I didn't own one, and buying a drill for a job that would take a few minutes felt wasteful. Even if I bought it, I knew it would probably sit in a closet for years afterward! That experience made me realize how many items we only need occasionally. Tools, carpet cleaners, projectors, camping gear, baby equipment, and countless other things are often purchased for a single use and then stored away. I started wondering: why buy something you'll barely use when someone nearby may already own it and be willing to rent it out? That's how Neighbr was born. A platform that helps people rent everyday items locally, making access more affordable while helping owners earn from things they already have. We're still early in the journey, but I'm excited to finally share Neighbr with the Product Hunt community.
