Nautis - The AI-native Operating System for founders.

by
Nautis is the AI-native Operating System for founders. Manage fundraising, planning, finance, documents, meetings, CRM, hiring, and daily operations from one connected workspace. Unlike disconnected SaaS tools, every module shares one AI brain, giving you context-aware automation, smarter insights, and a Chief of Staff that understands your business—not just one app. Spend less time managing tools and more time building.

Congrats on the launch, Baltej. Founder tooling usually fails by trying to replace judgment instead of protecting time, so I am curious which side Nautis lands on. What does it take over on day one: inbox triage, metrics reviews, investor updates? I run a healthcare AI company and my scarcest resource is uninterrupted thinking time. If the OS framing translates into fewer tabs and fewer status meetings, count me in. Which integrations ship at launch?

Thank you! I completely agree. We don't believe AI should replace founder judgment. It should protect a founder's time and surface the information needed to make better decisions.

From day one, our AI Chief of Staff helps with things like inbox triage, meeting summaries, investor follow ups, daily briefings, metrics, tasks, approvals, and preparing investor updates. The idea is to reduce context switching so founders can spend more time thinking and less time collecting information.

At launch, we integrate with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Calendar, meeting transcription platforms, Stripe, and several other external tools. The goal isn't to replace everything overnight, but to bring business context together so the AI can work across your existing stack instead of becoming another isolated tool.

That covers exactly what I check every morning: Stripe, calendar and inbox in one brief would replace my first hour of the day. The approvals flow is the piece I would test first, since delegation only sticks when I can see what the assistant did and why. Good luck with the launch, Baltej, keeping an eye on this one.

Thank you so much! That's exactly the workflow we want to simplify.

I completely agree about approvals. AI shouldn't make important business decisions on its own. It should gather the context, explain why it's recommending something, and let the founder approve or reject it with full visibility. That balance between automation and control is something we're putting a lot of focus on.

Really appreciate your support, and I'd love to hear your feedback once you've had a chance to try it! 🚀

The "nothing knows your business" line really lands. founders already have enough tools, the real problem is that fundraising, finance, meetings, docs, CRM, and daily decisions all live in separate systems with separate context.

The morning Chief of Staff briefing sounds especially useful. as someone building a company with a small team, I'd probably want it to surface what changed, what is blocked, and what actually needs my attention before I open ten tabs :)

Curious how Nautis decides what is important enough to include, and whether founders can tune that over time based on what they act on or ignore.

Thank you! You captured the problem perfectly. Founders don't really need another dashboard, they need something that understands what's happening across the business.

That's exactly how we're thinking about the AI Chief of Staff. It prioritizes signals like blockers, missed follow ups, upcoming investor conversations, runway, approvals, delayed milestones, and anything that needs the founder's attention instead of simply listing everything that changed.

And yes, that's where we're headed. Over time, Nautis learns from what founders consistently act on, postpone, or ignore, so the briefings become more personalized and aligned with how each founder prefers to run their company.

A founder operating system gets interesting when it makes decisions and follow-through visible, not just faster. The useful layer is the one that shows what changed, who owns it, and what still needs human judgment before the business treats it as done.

Couldn't agree more. Speed alone isn't enough. Founders need clarity and accountability. That's why we don't want AI to just generate outputs, but to surface what changed, highlight what needs attention, track ownership, and know when a human decision is still required. We see our AI Chief of Staff as helping founders make better decisions, not making decisions on their behalf.

The fact that the AI keeps context across fundraising notes, CRM, and meeting recaps feels like a real step up from juggling Notion and HubSpot separately. Pricing tiers might be worth checking before committing though.

Thank you! That's exactly the experience we wanted to improve. Founders shouldn't have to jump between Notion, HubSpot, meeting notes, and spreadsheets just to prepare for an investor conversation. With one shared business context, our AI Chief of Staff already understands the latest updates across your startup.

And absolutely, it's always worth evaluating the pricing. That's why we offer a free plan so founders can explore the platform first and upgrade only when it starts creating real value for their business.

Congrats on the launch! The daily AI Chief of Staff briefing is the part I'd actually use. Most founder tools stop at storage and search, so picking what surfaces each morning is the hard bit. Curious how you decide what makes the cut. Good luck today!

Thank you so much! Really glad the AI Chief of Staff briefing resonated with you.

We don't just surface what's new, we surface what needs a founder's attention. The briefing looks at things like runway, upcoming investor meetings, pending follow ups, missed deadlines, approvals, blockers, and other signals across the business. The goal is to help founders start the day knowing what actually matters, instead of spending the first hour piecing together updates from different tools.

Wishing you a fantastic launch day, ! Products that simplify founder life always get my attention since I am a founder myself.

Thank you so much! That means a lot, especially coming from a fellow founder. 😊 We built Nautis because we've experienced the same challenges of juggling fundraising, planning, operations, meetings, and everything else that comes with building a company. Hopefully it helps founders spend less time managing tools and more time building their businesses.

Love that the AI shares one data layer but still respects per-role permissions, treating it like a trusted teammate rather than an all-access identity is the detail most startup OS tools miss.

Thank you! That was a deliberate design decision. We believe AI should have the right context, not unlimited access. Nautis respects your existing roles and permissions, so every AI action is grounded in what that user is actually allowed to see. That's how an AI teammate should work, trusted, context-aware, and secure. 🙌

Solo founder here juggling Notion, Stripe, calendar, and a dozen tabs just to keep operations from falling apart.

You're exactly the kind of founder we built Nautis for. Most solo founders end up becoming the integration layer between all their tools, spending more time connecting information than making decisions. Our goal is to bring those workflows into one connected workspace so your business context stays in one place and the AI can actually help instead of needing everything explained over and over again. 🙌

Really interesting vision. The idea that every tool knows something but nothing understands the whole business resonates. Curious when different AI models handle different parts of a workflow, how do you keep context consistent across them instead of letting each model develop its own view of the task?

Great question! We don't let individual models maintain their own understanding of the business. The business context lives in a central, permission-aware knowledge layer, while the LLMs act as interchangeable reasoning engines. Every model receives the same structured context, works within the same access controls, and writes back to the same source of truth. That keeps responses consistent even if different models are used for different tasks, while letting us choose the best model for each workflow.

honestly this looks super useful, the all-in-one angle is exactly what early founders need. one thing i'd love though is a built-in investor update template that auto-pulls your latest metrics from the finance module so you're not copy pasting stuff every month. would save a ton of time

Thank you! That's actually very aligned with where we're headed. Our vision is for investor updates to be generated automatically from your live business data, not written from scratch every month. Metrics like runway, burn, MRR, fundraising progress, key wins, risks, hiring updates, and milestones can all be pulled from the connected modules, with AI drafting the update for you before you hit send. Definitely agree that founders shouldn't be copy-pasting the same information every month. 😊
