Hi PH! We built NabavkiData because Macedonia spends hundreds of millions on public procurement but has no automated way to monitor it. Hundreds of tenders are published monthly - impossible to check manually. Our AI system does it automatically: scrapes tenders, extracts documents, runs 50+ risk indicators, and flags suspicious patterns. It's like a corruption early-warning system. The most common red flags we find: tenders where only 1 company bids (specs tailored to them), the same company winning repeatedly from the same institution, and suspiciously similar bid prices from "competing" companies.
