Why Emotional Awareness Matters More Than Ever
Emotions are a fundamental part of being human, and anger is often the hardest one to manage.
Have you ever been yelled at simply because someone else couldn’t control their emotions? In those moments, how do we usually respond? I choose silence not because I’m weak or defeated, but because I understand that they are projecting their emotions onto me. Many problems could be resolved if we learned how to regulate anger more mindfully.
This realization is also what led me to reflect deeply on Murror, and why it exists in the first place. Murror was created as a safe space where people can openly share negative emotions and unspoken thoughts, reflect on their feelings and behaviors, and see situations from multiple perspectives. It’s a place to learn emotional awareness and grown both emotionally and behaviorally when facing difficult situations.
No one is perfect, but we are all trying to change and improve every day, from our inner world to our understanding of ourselves and others.

Great tool! Love the idea, it can really help with emotional balance. Is it similar to a conversation with a psychologist?
Murror
@tetianai When talking to Murror, it doesn’t feel like talking to a psychologist, it feels more like talking to a friend. A friend who makes users feel safe enough to open up and share their stories. And Murror also offers users different perspectives to help them face their challenges.
