I built this keeping Indian MSMEs in mind so that they can focus more on the actual business and not just spent their important time on learning about a specific productivity/management tool. @cananantq Thank you for your comment. The core idea is to keep the experience conversational while using structured workflows behind the scenes.
The owner interacts with the app just like WhatsApp. Whenever they send a message, Sahayak AI first identifies the intent (e.g., inventory update, task assignment, leave approval, payroll request, or report generation) and then converts it into the appropriate structured action based on the access the employees got. Example: "Add 20kg rice"(owner) -> Updates inventory. "Rahul, call Tiwari Ji and ask if they have 100kg potato bags."(owner) → Creates and assigns a task to Rahul. "Show my payslip"(an employee): -> Generates the payslip
"Show pending work." → Retrieves and displays pending tasks. On the collaboration side, the owner has complete control over the organization. Employees can communicate directly with the owner, and they can interact with each other only within groups created by the owner. This keeps business communication transparent while avoiding fragmented conversations.
There's also a chatbot called Sahayak AI that acts as a business assistant. Owners can ask questions in English, Hindi, or Hinglish to check inventory, assign work, generate reports, view payroll information, or get business and stock insights all without navigating through complex menus. I am still working to make it better and much more user friendly.
