Good work on the onboarding. It is quite in-depth. There's definitely lots of feature packed in here as well with support for many channels including iOS and Android, as well as comprehensive analytics. I also appreciate how you packaged some bot training features as general concepts that people understand more easily like forms and FAQs. Great job!

Yes, we call is chitchat. The bot already equipped with chitchat. This will make bot automatically reply to queries like "whatsup", "are you real", "thats great", "I love you" etc.
I am really liking the way I can teach the bot while answering the customers. Really impressive. I don't have to answer the same thing twice.
