Or want more footage of your friend? Just tap on a moment in your timeline, and visually similar clips from your library will be magically highlighted for you to add. And to elevate your story, transitions, text, and audio layers work exactly how you’d expect! Moonshine removes the technicality of editing and puts your storyline front and center. This is definitely quite different from the main-stream video editors. Looks very interesting and hopefully it can help video editors to edit videos more easily. Congrats on the launch!

This is super cool. These are the biggest steps I've seen in video editing since the mid-2000s, I love the UI shake-up. Great work on this, I can't wait to see where this goes!

Congratulations on the launch! The vertical timeline made me think for a second, but I think it makes total sense if you want to combine it with a text input. "Browser-based" - Does it mean that you're using ffmpeg.wasm, or is it just that the main UI is available as a web app?

Editing require a lot of heavy lifting from day 1. I weren’t able to make anything +- watchable as s founder until I learned 2-3 tools in-depth. You are exploring in cool direction, there should certainly be a simple way just to put a story together.

Wow, super challenging product area to take on. Your concepts related to editing UI are refreshing. I am looking forward to trying it! Similar to your app, Ableton Live also has a vertical timeline concept in their "Session View" which is contrasted with their "Arrangement View" -- you could look at that for inspiration.
