We’re Scott and Sunny - two long-time personal finance nerds who built MoneyOnFIRE because planning for financial independence is hard, and the cost of mistakes is high. Since our first version, we kept hearing three big requests: 1. “I don’t just want FIRE — I want better financial planning overall” 2. “Make the results easier to follow and actionable” 3. “Reduce the login friction” So with v2, we’ve tackled all three: 1. For everyone, not just FIRE - We started in the FI community, but quickly saw broader interest. v2 is built to support financial planning across different goals and timelines, not just early retirement. 2. Actionable story, not just numbers - Results are now presented as clear charts, graphs, and step-by-step actions that show your journey from today to your independence (or other financial goal) date. 3. Easy access - We don’t store any personal data associated with you. The entire app is available without login - try it fully, no strings attached.
