We all experience different mental states throughout the day. Some of them are desirable like being calm, mindful and positive; while others like distracted, anxious or sad are not so desirable. Momentri provides a unique open-ended, yet simple process to move to the desirable states.

I have been very fortunate to have learned at esteemed places and from talented colleagues at Georgia Institute of Technology, Cornell University, and Weave Lab. Having noticed the negative effects of technology overuse and daily struggles with mental health in and around my communities, I am motivated to use my skills and experiences to make a positive impact and offer help in this space. I have created Momentri as a "no-content" solution to be mindful and find focus in everyday life. It uses a 3-step process comprising of reflection, breathing and action; to help you clear your mind, relax your nervous system and set a positive intention. Hope you like it and find it useful :)
