πŸš€ New Feature in Mnexium: Profiles that Build Themselves

byβ€’

Profiles that populate automatically

Mnexium can build structured user profiles based on what users say in conversations β€” without any separate onboarding forms.

If a user says:

β€œI’m Sarah from Acme”

Mnexium records:

  • name = Sarah

  • company = Acme

You define the schema

You choose what fields exist:

  • company_name

  • job_title

  • subscription_tier

  • preferred_pharmacy

  • shipping_preference

  • Anything that makes sense for your application

Built-in consistency

When profile values change, Mnexium supersedes the old value instead of duplicating records.

One user β†’ one current value (With history preserved if you need it.)

API support (docs)

Profiles are available via API:

  • GET (read)

  • PATCH (update)

  • DELETE (clear)

Who this is for

Teams building:

  • SaaS copilots

  • support assistants

  • healthcare tools

  • e-commerce assistants

  • internal AI tools

Anywhere user context matters.
