THis sums up my experience over the last few years as well!

Over the last few months, we've been busy rebuilding Missinglettr from the ground up. The interface is now a lot snappier and easier to navigate and our content suggestions are better than ever. Reflecting on 2018, we spent too much time trying to push into new markets (yes i'm talking about you Podcast Campaigns 😜). In short, we realised that our core product and its interface needed a renewed focus. Since then, we've been working hard to deliver the best version of Missinglettr we could. If you haven't tried Missinglettr before, now's a perfect time to try us out. I hope you like what we've been working on. If there are any questions or feedback, I'd love to join the conversation.

@bendell Can you tell more about Missinglettr? Your site isn't really giving me the answers I was hoping for. How does it actually work? Is it some magical AI or does your team write the content? How do you optimise for socials? Etc, etc. Can make a big difference is how much effort I still have to put in the campaigns.
Benjamin Dell
@evertsemeijn Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. In case it helps, we have a more in-depth outline of how Missinglettr works at https://missinglettr.com/how-it-..., but in essence, yes it's more of an AI approach than a human curated one. We run algorithms and analysis over your blog post and from that, we're able to identify hashtags, images and of course extracts and summaries of the blog post that we think will work well socially. This content is then wrapped up as a full 12 month long social campaign, complete with branded imagery. All you need to do is review and make adjustments should you need to. Once approved, we then drip that social content out to your social accounts for the next 12 months. Hope that helped clarify. I'm here if you have any further questions.
Evert
@bendell Thanks. I'll go through that. Another one for now. How long is the trial? Can't find that quickly.
Benjamin Dell
@evertsemeijn No worries at all. Happy to answer any questions as they crop up :) The standard trial is 30 days. You're probably not seeing it though as the ProductHunt discount being offered is kicking in. Just let me know if you'd like help getting onto a trial

For years I have been using Missing Letter and have seen how they have listened to those like me that run multiple efforts and need a way to break down content into micro-content to fácilitate sharing it.

Pros:

Makes it Easier to Share the Content You have already created

Cons:

None

Benjamin Dell
Thanks Raul - really great to have you onboard!

Having purchased this via Appsumo we've gone onto purchase a lot of their add-ons. This is stella product that has stuck to it's knitting and developed it's cored features around a central focus. Redistributing your long form blog posts over 12mnths automagically, snippet by snippet. We had our doubts how well this strategy would work but proof is in the pudding. We see our material get reposted and picked up 9mnths after it was first written - which surprised us. We thought it'd be old news. But nope, so many people / clients missed it the first, second and third times around. We now mostly use this for clients who are small but need a social presence. It's a no brainer if you have a small team. It's like having a full time intern.

@campbell_macduff Fantastic write-up Campbell, thanks so much for sharing.

Benjamin Dell

Signed up and can't really do anything on the platform. Can't choose the plan, can't access the social profiles. A bit frustrating customer experience.
Benjamin Dell
@alexgilev1 Hey Alex - ooh that doesn't sound right at all. Would you mind popping me a message at ben@missinglettr.com so that I can look into that for you?
Benjamin Dell
@alexgilev1 @missinglettr Hey Alex... rather annoyingly I typed my email address incorrectly in my original message. It should be ben@missinglettr.com
Benjamin Dell
@alexgilev1 @missinglettr Hi Alex - OK just as a quick update. I managed to locate your account. I can see that you signed up a few weeks ago. Weirdly you weren't linked to any of our subscription plans, which would explain why you weren't able to do anything. I've just added you to the Individual plan with a 30 day trial, so you should now be able to login and see everything as it should be. Sorry for any confusion caused there - if there's anything else I can do to help, just let me know.
Alex Gilev
@missingletrr @bendell Thanks Ben for a prompt turnaround. I'll give it a try. Thank you!
Benjamin Dell
@missingletrr @alexgilev1 My pleasure 🙌

I'm gutted I left the company where I signed up for the lifetime deal that was offered on AppSumo last year. I'll never be able to use MissingLettr to the same extent. Wish I'd signed up in my personal capacity instead!

Pros:

Best Social Scheduler I've ever used. Everything automates, so simple.

Cons:

Setting up each post can be laborious but once you're done, you just forget about it and it does its magic. Amazing.

Benjamin Dell
Hey Kara. Thanks so much for the kind words and sorry to hear you missed out on the deal when it ran a year or so ago. If you'd like a discount on one of our plans, just let me know. I'm sure there's something we can do to help.

This is my go-to tool for drip sharing my content and I recommend it to everyone. Great job on the update!

Pros:

User interface is great and all the excellent features from before are still there.

Cons:

Nope, this is the best tool for doing this

Benjamin Dell
Yay, thanks Sharon. Appreciate the review!

I've been using Missinglettr for a couples years now, both for my business and for clients. Aside from a beautiful user interface, the product does what it needs to do very well-gets your content out there throughout the lifetime of your campaign. Whether that's just for 2 weeks or for an entire year. Missinglettr is social media/content automation at its best. My favourte feature is being able to use the templates they provide and customise it to your branding. Saves you time on visual creation for your posts.

Pros:

- You can use your own branding - Set it and forget it - Solves the problem of "how to keep my content out there"

Cons:

None that I can think of

Benjamin Dell
Thanks Tara. So great to hear that you're continuing to get great results.
