Do you listen to your PDFs? I built a reader that highlights each word as it speaks

Hi everyone, I'm the maker of Mirent, launching here today.

Mirent is for people who have more to read than time or energy for it:

students working through a stack of papers, people with dyslexia or ADHD

who follow text better when they can hear it, researchers with PDFs and

interview recordings piling up.

Two things it does:

- Reads your documents aloud and lights up each word as it's spoken, so

your eyes have something to hold on to and you can find your line again

after looking away.

- Turns a recording (a lecture, an interview) into a timestamped

transcript in the same library, which you can then listen back to.
