I built MAYIM because I kept seeing businesses work harder than they needed to.
The problem usually wasn’t a lack of effort. It was what happened between people, processes, tools, and decisions. Work would get stuck in handoffs, approvals, unclear ownership, or processes that only existed in someone’s head.
I wanted to build something that could actually show a business what was happening beneath the surface, not just tell them to “improve their operations.”
MAYIM started as a way to diagnose that friction. As I tested it, the product evolved into a combination of assessment, process mapping, diagnosis, and practical tools to help businesses decide what to fix and actually make the change.
I’m launching it on Product Hunt because I want to put it in front of people who understand how messy growth can get and learn where the product can become genuinely useful.
