I’m Nanret (Nana), the founder of MAYIM OPS. I built MAYIM to help growing businesses understand where work is getting stuck and what to fix first. I’ve spent the last five years working across project management, operations, client delivery, and systems. I kept seeing the same problem: businesses were working hard, but the way work moved through the business was creating unnecessary friction. MAYIM combines an operational assessment, process mapping, diagnosis, and practical implementation tools to help businesses move from friction to flow. I’m building MAYIM to make good operations more accessible to growing businesses, without adding unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy.
