Crazybaby Air 1S - Wireless earbuds designed for sports

I was also a backer of the Crazybaby Air and I regret it. For one, their customer support is the worst. It took me months to get a reply and by that time, they tried to argue that I was past the warranty -- even though it was their fault since it took them 3 months to respond to me. The sound quality isn't bad, but not amazing. They aren't comfortable in my ear and I can't wear them for a long period of time. It's also important to note that you can barely hear anything else when they're in your ear which can be dangerous. I was really excited to get these but the terrible customer service really turned me off. I just got the Air Pods...they cost an arm and a leg, but once you get them, you wonder how you ever functioned without them -- damn you Apple.
