@imtixz Hi Imtiaz, really glad you asked this, we do first party server side tracking currently (enhancing this also with a breakthrough tech, will release that later also), every micro behavior events gets analyzed in real time, every event gets converted into a 384-dimensional vector stored in our vectorized_events, These vectors capture nuanced behavioral patterns like:

  • 3-minute product view with 5x zoom on details = design-sensitive buyer

  • Rapid scrolling + immediate wishlist add = impulse decision maker

@fatima_ashraf6 Hi Fatima, Thank you so much for your question! The system uses a compositional prompting strategy to maintain consistency. The User Agent (digital twin) analyzes customer journey data and generates a communication strategy in near real time.

The system does not generalize - it can identify returning users, and based on every micro interactions that this user took in the past it creates the communication strategy - these includes identifying which channel to use to engage, which conversational tone and wordings to use, and finally identifying the offering with the maximum possibility of conversion.
