Maitri - WhatsApp-native agent for senior care & commerce

Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built Maitri to help families care for aging parents remotely — using the one app they already know: WhatsApp. Parents can send voice notes in Hindi, Telugu, Hinglish, and other regional languages like: “Book me a cab tomorrow morning” or “Order the same groceries again” Maitri turns those messages into real-world actions: • grocery reorders • Uber rides • reminders & scheduling • everyday coordination tasks Instead of forcing seniors to learn new apps, we meet them where they already are. For adult children, Maitri provides a clear activity trace so they can stay informed without constantly coordinating every small task themselves. This idea came from a simple observation: A lot of families are already doing remote caregiving manually through calls, screenshots, reminders, and WhatsApp messages. We wanted to reduce that operational burden while preserving independence for parents.
