Greatly need feedback and suggestions

I'm running beta testing right now and so far, so good but I could really use more testing and suggestions on how to make this the perfect system. I got tired of zendesk so I made my own IT help system that is very easy to use and covers what we actually need. Please check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.
