I'm a solo founder who got frustrated with bloated, expensive helpdesk tools that small teams don't need. After struggling with platforms like Zendesk, I built MagicTicket.help — a simple AI-powered helpdesk with MagicAI auto-replies, fast shared inbox, and easy customer portal. My goal is to make quality support accessible and enjoyable for small businesses, IT teams, and multi-location setups. Right now in beta, I'm focused on real user feedback to improve it fast. Greatly need feedback and suggestions

I'm running beta testing right now and so far, so good but I could really use more testing and suggestions on how to make this the perfect system.
