One thing I'd love to see is the ability to export my conditioning sessions as a calendar event or share them directly with my coach. Right now if I want my trainer to review what Lumina built me, I have to screenshot everything. Even a simple PDF export would make this way more useful for athletes working with a sports staff.
@luzunefe16087 I appreciate your wonderful feedback, Levent. For athletes dealing with a coaching staff, that is an amazing point. My goal is to make sharing easier. To help you avoid relying on screenshots, I'm really working on adding a clear "Export to PDF" button and an .ics calendar sync functionality straight into the session's overview page this week. Keep checking back!
The adaptive conditioning plans actually feel tailored to my sport instead of generic gym work, and the visual pacing makes intervals way easier to push through.
@ecrinzz3u This is amazing to hear, Ecrin! I put a lot of effort into creating those graphical pacing visuals in order to keep the intensity high and break up the monotony of conventional interval training. I'm very happy it's assisting you in overcoming the difficult splits. If you would want additional images for any particular movement or sport configuration, please let me know!
Does the AI actually adjust on the fly during a session based on how you're performing, or does it just generate a new plan for the next workout?
@edanurbaus7dhg Edanur, hello! As of right now, it uses your session data to create a new, optimal plan for next workout, saving you from having to use a fixed template. However, I'm moving the product engine to live, on-the-spot modifications during a session (e.g., lowering reps if your pace slows down). I appreciate you bringing this up; I will surely include it in the timeline.
