This is amazing to build trust among employees in a company

From your experience, can it help engage engineers? We tried lots of things, but nothing worked. Marketers, sales, support are easy to engage. Tech people are not.

Product is really useful. Always is hard to start using smth new, but Lucky Carrot is really easy to be onboarded and very useful :) Recommend to all (unfrotunately I do not have any commission:)) just love Lucky Carrot

Looks like a well thought initiative, although seems to me quite hard to implement in a company and something that can easily be seen as a side chore to do mandated by HR people especially for employees in other areas. Do you have examples of successful implementation yet? And if so, can I know what have they achieved within a team? Thanks a lot!
