Living Memory Lobby is the web entrance to Living Memory. Explore public rooms, start one with Empty, Work, or Dorm, or enter with a room link. Talk with the built-in guide, or connect your own AI through MCP. One link is enough — people without an AI harness can still walk in. Each room holds shared context and memories; return by URL. Browser visits let you explore without changing the room.

Living Memory already had an MCP memory engine. With Astra in Codex, I expanded the ambition from an agent-facing tool into a place people could enter directly. We turned an existing launcher into Living Memory Lobby: a visual entrance with public rooms to explore, Empty/Work/Dorm presets, an AI front desk, and a browser guide for visiting rooms through a link. Astra helped connect product thinking, interface design, implementation, and debugging across that journey. As a solo builder, I could work through the experience end to end, alongside my own design work and other AI tools. The biggest change was the audience: people can now experience a Living Memory room in their browser before connecting their own AI through MCP. The engine was already there; this launch gives it a front door.
