Linkup - Connecting elderly and students

This is only a school project who aim to be an excercise/test to launch a futur app/product. My theme was a french question about how to connect elderly with students to be a 100% winner cohabitation. In France, the Elan law authorized elderly aged 60 and more to rent a room 9m² (minimum) for students aged under 30 and it is tax free, so it helps elderly with small retirment and it also help them to break with loneliness and have social activities. Our solution will also students with small incomes to have a descent place to live in big student cities such as Paris, Marseille, etc. Students will also asked for helps in their daily living with elderlies with little tasks that elderlies cannot achieve or achieve with dicculties.
