Feature requests

One thing I'd like to add: I'm a solo founder and Limen is bootstrapped. What's live today is a working MVP, somewhat polished, functional, and being used, but early.

Which means this is the right moment for feature requests, and this is the right crowd to make them. If you scan your site and something's missing, or a finding doesn't tell you what you actually needed to know, say so here. I'll consolidate everything that comes in and build what makes sense for where Limen is going.

New Feature: Fully automated dashboard branding

Hey there Product Hunt crew!
I've just implemented a new feature on Limen, namely the branded dashboard. What it means is that the artificial intelligence automatically finds out the brand's accent color of your website on the initial scan and colors the whole dashboard based on your brand accent color fully automatically. Naturally, you can override that color if you want to.
This feature is purely cosmetic, but it was a blast to implement. Since I am a solo founder, I do not need to present my idea in front of a steering committee or ask my supervisor if he'd be willing to support it.
As long as Janus, the Limen-based artificial intelligence, decides that it is a good idea, the feature gets implemented.

A new feature implemented: the Limen Journal and the Limen Glossary

Hey there product hunt crew!

Since the vast majority of people seem to have no idea what AEO or GEO are and even mean, I decided to implement a journal and a glossary on Limen.

Page management got the complete UI/UX overhaul and is now AI classifiable

Your imprint page was failing our audit for not having a value proposition. We then developed the biggest release since launch.

Here's the thing we got wrong. Limen shows you how legible your site is to AI, and it ran the same 17 checks over every page. So your privacy policy got dinged for weak positioning. Your blog post got asked where its pricing was. You'd read the finding, roll your eyes, and trust the score a little less.

A scan shouldn't grade a contact page like a landing page. So now it doesn't.

The scan reads the page type first, then judges
Every page gets classified on the way through: Home, About, Contact, Pricing, Article, Product/Service, Legal. The checks that don't apply to that type are removed from the score's denominator not silently failed, not "ignored." A legal page is no longer punished for refusing to sell you something, and contact pages get checks that only make sense for them. Zero extra API calls, zero extra credits: the classification rides the analysis pass that was already running.

Ship: check a single fix without re-scanning your whole site

We just shipped "Check this fix"; verify one specific issue is resolved without burning a full site-wide scan.

Before: fix something wait for a whole rescan hope the number moved.

Now: fix something click "Check this fix" on that exact finding get a verdict in seconds.

I just redesigned the Limen PDF report of a home page visually and functionally.

Limen's PDF report used to be a flowing document. Now every open finding gets a page of its own: what's wrong, why an AI reading your site would trip on it, and the fix written in plain language, with a ready-to-paste code snippet where one's actually needed.

The part I think matters more is what happens to the findings that already pass. They don't disappear and they don't get buried next to the problems they're collected in one section near the end, so you always know what's already working and what not to touch. A report that only shows what's broken makes you nervous about everything on the page. Showing both lets you fix with confidence instead of guessing.

Hand it to a developer, paste it into an AI assistant, or read it with your coffee it's the same document either way.

Access Code

Product Hunt's promo code field caps at 15 characters, and the Limen code is longer than that, so I'm posting it here instead.

Code: LIMEN-MGGT-XV8E-ZXZN

This code is valid for seven days after redemption and gives full access to the premium features as well as 250 credits.

Limen - See your site the way AI sees it

Your customers ask ChatGPT before they Google. Limen scans your site, shows what AI can and can't understand about your business, and tells you exactly what to fix, in language you don't need an SEO background to follow. Free findings on every scan.
