Congrats on the launch! Sounds like a great tool for structuring larger meetings that involve many people. But how does it help in 1:1s? Sounds like a bit of overwork to me, can you share your experience and advice?
Sebastian Karges
@anastasiabuga Thanks for the support Anastasia! Most 1:1 happen on a recurring basis, and our tool helps you keep all talking points, shared (and private) notes and decisions stored so you can always check back on them in preparation for your next 1:1. This comes in really handy for example if you want to discuss the development progress of a direct report, since you can resurface any discussed points from past instances.

Awesome work. Congrats on the launch! Having a clear goal and agenda for meetings is so important yet so often neglected. Great to see a product that solves this. 👏🏻

Helps me so much every week with my team. In meetings, we can quickly resurface what was discussed last, shortly talk about the progress previously agreed action items, and then spend the bulk of our time on the stuff that really matters: Development questions, coaching and discussion complex questions.
Sebastian Karges
@marc_alexander_vetter Thanks for your support and glad to hear it helps you!

A huge help for me - both when organizing leadership meetings, meetings with my team and 1:1s. Everyone can intuitively add their agenda points (incl. materials, pre-reads etc.) to the agenda, I as the moderator can sort these & ensure the meeting is as productive as can be. Not to forget, it's super simple to note take-aways in a visible manner & create action items based on my meetings.
Sebastian Karges
@henrik_steensen Thanks Henrik! :)

Before using Leapsome Meetings, I always struggled to keep meeting agendas clean, while also not forgetting to add crucial discussion points that come up during the week. Leapsome makes it very easy to check off all things that have been discussed in a meeting so that you always have a clear agenda. The integrations with Slack and MS Teams allow adding talking points without even opening the meeting, so I never forget to add anything of importance to the agenda.
Sebastian Karges
@philine_schmedt1 Thank you :) So glad it helps with your busy agenda :)

The Meetings module by Leapsome is by far my favourite and the most useful to my day-to-day job. As a former Googler and a lover of docs for most things, I found Leapsome's Meetings to be more efficient as far as determining next steps, action items and keeping both parties of the meeting accountable. All in all a great product not to be missed!
Sebastian Karges
@tiago_luzio Thanks so much for the support, appreciate it :)
