Why I built LeadForge AI (and what's next)

LeadForge AI just went live today. It's a B2B lead gen and outreach workspace — search and enrich leads, run email sequences, get AI-drafted outreach (powered by Claude), and manage replies with AI classification (interested vs. follow-up vs. OOO), all without switching between five different tools.

I built this after years of freelance and client work where I kept seeing the same pattern: sales teams juggling a lead database, a separate sequencer, and a messy inbox with no single source of truth.

A few things I'm especially curious about from this community:

  • What's still painful in your current outbound workflow?

  • Anyone using Apollo or Hunter today — what would make you switch?

  • Any must-have integrations I should prioritize next?
