LeadershipKoans - Newsletter helping develop practical leadership skills

Hello, ProductHunt community. I would like to show you an MVP of an idea my partner and I had late last year. The idea is simple - to help exercise the leadership muscle by presenting a realistic leadership situation and asking you, the subscriber, what would you do? We think that leadership situations are highly unique, and when they come - we often think on our feet. Certainly, that's how I felt managing a team. LeadershipKoans exposes subscribers to such situations, and thinking through them develops our pattern matching ability. When similar situations arise in real life we are informed to make better decisions and be better leaders. That said, LeadershipKoans is not an if-this-then-that newsletter. We learn along with subscribers - sometimes the responses that we get enlighten us, and we always share them back to the community. That way, LeadershipKoans also works as a hub for sharing experiences. ProductHunt is its first public appearance in front of a wider audience, so positive and constructive feedback is very welcome.
