Hey Product Hunt! šŸ‘‹ I'm Mathias, founder of Leadchee. We built complete CRM for start-ups with everything you need to close deals: šŸ“Š Visual sales pipelines - Shareable with clients (they see progress live) šŸ“ž International VOIP - Call anyone, anywhere, logged automatically šŸ“§ Gmail integration - Two-way sync, works while you sleep šŸ“„ Proposal generator - Create, send, track when opened šŸ¤– AI assistant - Auto-creates leads, reminds you who needs follow-up āœ… Activity tracking - Tasks, calendar, full timeline per lead But why ? We did it because existing CRMs are either too basic (just contact lists) or enterprise bloat you'll never use. We wanted something complete but actually simple built for people who sell services, not products. CRMs are somewhat deprecated for the most part, a lot of them actually require you to manually input data as part of your job, while it should have been done either automatically or part of the process. Leadchee reworked from the ground up what a CRM should be, and focused on the core to create a truly next gen tool that will (and already does) lift most of the weight you're currently experiencing. Try it: https://leadchee.com What's missing from your current CRM? šŸ‘‡

How does it differentiate from Attio?

Ceres Broker

@davide_salaĀ Hey Davide! Attio's great but built for broader teams with complex workflows. Leadchee is laser-focused on startup founders and freelancers who need something intuitive yet powerful that works out of the box. Our AI agents work more like a co-founder by creating tasks, reminders, alerts automatically based on the leads' history.

@ceres_brokerĀ cool so basically you try to overdeliver on a niche and what happens when the company grows? offboarding?

Ceres Broker

@davide_salaĀ You could say that yes, although we're working on providing more and more features without adding more complexity or learning curve.

As for the growth part, not all companies grow horizontally in a way that would lead to off-boarding or migration. The goal is to provide a highly autonomous environment rather than an other high maintenance business operations software, it will depend on your specific use case.
