This is a great product - I’m so glad Lantern is here as a resource for when I may need it.

Definitely something I will be sharing with my parents sooner rather than later. Although it’s a really difficult conversation it’s important that everyone involved be assured early that there won’t be complicated matters to organise when the time comes. The shock and grieving process is hard enough.

I lost my mom last year unexpectedly and struggled to navigate everything that comes with the end of a life, while grieving. Months later, while I was still tying up loose ends with accounts, I looked back to see if I could find "better" options for funeral home, service options, etc. and realized there were many options that would have better suited our family, but we went with "familiar" options instead. Working through this "post mortem", I stumbled on Lantern. It was clear pretty much immediately it was the solution that would have helped me make good, supported decisions in the grief haze I was in rather than the stressful, just OK decisions that we ended up with. I've since recommended Lantern to multiple others who have unfortunately lost people this year. Anyway, long story short: there are so many people who will benefit from Lantern and I couldn't recommend it more.
