@baadier Hi Baadier, currently we have not had any plans to add Evernote support. But we are adding new ways to import like web scraping (where you can enter a website URL and extract text from it), and it seems like Evernote support has been a popular request amongst many beta testers - so we will look into it more in the coming months! Stay tuned for updates through our website!

@baadier We're still setting up our mailing list and it should be up on our website soon, but signing up for an account is perfect. We'll send all our users constant updates on the apps progress! Also when we do start rolling out features like Evernote support and Web Scraping - we're going to be offering them earlier to the people in our closed beta. We created Knowt to solve a common problem that we have as students -- studying effectively -- and we wanted to make this less of a problem for both ourselves and other students. We started Knowt in 2016 when we were in high school, and have continued working on it throughout college, to deliver on a vision for a future of better learning. Our app is the first step by our company to ensure that this vision becomes a reality. @new_user_1366b34589 Unfortunately, Knowt currently only supports English text as our team primarily resides within the United States. However, we have started exploring the possibility of adding foreign texts, so stay tuned on our website (getknowt.com), Product Hunt, and Kickstarter for future announcements!

I really like the idea, quiz education is really useful and it does actually have a good effect on learning. And automation of quiz-creating sounds like a very needed thing. But I tried to use your product and it seems that you still need to improve your AI. @abheek_pandoh Just to test it out, I copied a piece of your first comment here and pasted in the app. Some of the questions were really good, but a few of them were a little bit silly and even confusing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And please, make a signup process easier (like Google/Facebook signup for example). Anyways, I see great potential in it! Keep moving and train your algorithm with more data! 🔥

@ihor_levenets1 Hi, Ihor! Thanks for trying out our product. Knowt's algorithm is currently trained for educational texts, such as notes you have taken based on articles, textbooks, etc. The type of comment I posted is not really what the algorithm is really based on. However, you can select from some of the example texts on our page's tutorial, such as "Historical Figures", "Atoms", and "Animals", to get a sense for the type of questions our algorithm can generate. We're working around-the-clock to keep improving this algorithm, so you may find some kinks that we'll need to iron out (you can send those to the Contact section on our site too!). As for the Google sign-in, that is something we have passed on to our development team, and they're currently handling the issue. Having a seamless Google sign-in is essential to the simplicity and ease we hope to provide in our product, so we will definitely be prioritizing this issue. Thank you so much for our feedback! We hope Knowt makes learning easier and faster for you!
