Kensho is a Japanese term and is defined as "a moment of insight" or "seeing into one's true nature". We want Kensho Health to be a platform that enables people to find true healing within themselves and to explore their capabilities by finding help, information, and guidance into bettering their health. Some practices we would recommend for older individuals are Meditation, Breath work, Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine
