Mobile Mockup Maker - The simplest way to create a beautiful mobile mockup

Hi Product Hunt 👋 When I'm working on designs for our mobile app, I often want to share them with my coworkers in a presentation. But, just having a simple screenshot is too bland. I've tried other apps like PlaceIt (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) but sometimes I just want to be able to create the screenshots for free, in a snap! I would sometimes do this in Google Slides, but it would take forever to line up the image and make sure that it was sized correctly. And one wrong click and everything would get messed up. I wanted something like Screely (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) - really simple with a tasteful background, that would work in just a few clicks. But I needed it to work for my mobile app screenshots! So to solve these problems, I made the Mobile Mockup Maker. Just choose a screenshot from your computer, and it will automatically place it within the mobile frame. You can also specify a color for the background, as well as the phone frame. Love everything Eric and Julia make! Quick suggestion, can you support more devices? For example, took a screenshot from my iPhone X and it does not look good at the moment no matter what I do. Would be great if I could just select the device that the screenshot came from and have it look great without any futzing around with cropping or fitting or stretching or whatever. Thanks! Its really useful Eric...kind of reminds me of screely..do you have plans to add more device types? Also the bright background looks good with dark shadows like the green one..but the red one looks a bit off with the light shadow

I like this product as it helps with basic designing during presentations. It saves the designers and my time.

Clean and simple. A few suggestions: - More device types (at least iPad) would be useful. - When I crop an image that is not the perfect size, it would be nice to have a bit more control (like zoom in/out and move up/down). - Also, since you mentioned Screely: @jurn_w is pretty transparent about what happens to your screenshot - "We don't upload or store any image on our server, everything stays on your computer.". I think you should also make this clear.

No option to fill color, if uploaded screenshot is smaller than available screen.

Could you have an export for iTunes Connect / Play Store button with the correct sizes and all devices ?!

Pros:

Easy and goes to the point, minimalist, maybe a bit too much.

Cons:

different devices sizes, models, I should have to upload the correct size to not have to stretch the image.
