Not really sure how adding a form submission thing into our Teams channel is gonna save time, I mean, we already get bombarded with notifications all day, maybe more control over which forms send what notifications would be nice, would love to know what other folks think about this, Rob here just trying to figure the whole remote work game in EMEA out

@javadevemea You can enable the Teams integration for specific forms only, so not every form you create with Jotform sends data to Teams. Users control which forms use the Teams integration — just enable it on the forms where Teams data sharing will be useful.

This integration sounds like a game changer, especially for teams that live on Microsoft Teams! No more endless email chains. Just get submissions flowing directly to our channels—brilliant! 🙌 Also, kudos to @aytekintank for keeping it simple with no coding needed! With 10,000+ templates at our fingertips, Jotform is making it easier for us to stay organized while cutting down on busywork. Looking forward to trying this out and seeing those notifications light up! Let the collaboration begin! #ProductivityBoost #Jotform

This seems like another tool adding to the pile of things our teams need to manage, I wonder if it really is going to improve our workflow or just make things more complicated, time will tell but I'm skeptical

Thank you, @bertekitcoach! We'd love to hear your feedback. Please let us know how things go!

Nice try adding another tool to the pile but does anyone really need another app integration, honestly this feels like just more clutter, guess we'll see if it makes any real difference in productivity or just another distraction, good luck though

@digitalgrowthpro Microsoft Teams was one of the most requested integrations from Jotform customers. Users can control which forms use the integration and where in Microsoft Teams form submissions are sent. You can prioritize submissions from only the most important forms. Users can limit who receives notifications about submissions by controlling which channel or chat in Teams data is sent to as well as the specific information included in messages.

Well this seems more like a step backwards rather than forward, do we really need another way to clutter our Teams channels, maybe a cleaner interface would be better, what do you think?

Thank you for sharing your feedback, @greenjsdev! Microsoft Teams was one of the most requested integrations from Jotform customers. The integration will save time for users who regularly have to move form submission data from their email to Teams channels or chats. It also centralizes notifications — now, a user won't have to check their email to be notified of a form submission but can stay in their Teams workspace.

Another tool sending more notifications, really? it might help but let's be honest, adding more to Teams already chaotic environment doesn't sound super efficient, maybe we need less noise not more notifications, just my two cents, would love to hear what others think

Interesting launch, while getting form submissions directly into Teams sounds practical, it kinda makes me wonder if we’re just swapping one type of busywork for another, is there a way to prioritize or manage messages so it doesn’t flood the channels making it harder to find important discussions, also, how does it handle sensitive data in chat messages, seems like there could be privacy concerns, any thoughts about adding more control over notification settings
Aytekin
@opsleader20 Great question! On the privacy and prioritization front, users can elect to send messages to a certain team and/or a private channel within Microsoft Teams, so only authorized or chosen users can view/manage the incoming data. Also, you have the option to select which specific form fields get passed through to your Teams channel or chat.
