I’m Thiago, the maker of Jobbyo.
I built this because job searching today feels broken.
You spend hours tweaking resumes, filling out repetitive forms, rewriting the same information, and sending applications into a black hole. Often without even knowing if you’re targeting the right roles.
And I didn’t want to build a basic auto-apply bot. I wanted to build something that actually works with you.
So Jobbyo became a conversational AI job search agent. Here's what it does:
- Learns what matters most to you (salary, tech stack, remote policy, company size, etc.)
- Scores opportunities based on your priorities - there's a matching score from 0 to 100%.
- Reviews and improve your resume the moment you signup.
- Asks clarifying questions when something isn’t clear
- Gets smarter with every interaction
- Identifies when a job application detects AI writing and it asks you information.
The goal it's to have an AI agent to help you in every step of the job search process and remove the exhausting, repetitive parts of job hunting, while keeping you in control.

@team_jobbyo I took a look at the site and one thing that stood out is that it’s hard to see exactly what the AI is doing step by step (in Queue or Applied).
Since this is handling job applications, I think showing the full workflow more transparently could really increase trust. Have you tested making that more visible on the landing?

Job searching takes lot of time especially filling the same details again and again on different sites. An AI agent that handles searching and applications in the background really helpful for person like me.
One thing I want to know is whether Jobbyo lets me review or approve applications before they get sent?

@muhammad_asad37 Absolutely. We have been doing it with beta clients. It's been working wonderfully because you can leave a feedback for Jobbyo when you reject and it learns exactly what you're looking for.

I tried several job tools before but most of them send generic applications. In this tool resumes are adjusted for each role instead of using the same version everywhere. This kind of real support instead of only automation make difference. And does not looklike everything is left to a bot and that gives more confidence while applying.

If Jobbyo applies on my behalf does it still let me review each application before it gets sent or does it handle everything automatically in the background?

Resume rejection with noo feedback is honestly worst part of job hunting. You keep applying and have no idea whats wrong. I like that Jobbyo AI reviews the resume right away instead of waiting until after dozens of applications.
Quick question does it show what changes it suggests, or does it just update everything automatically?

It is hard to know which jobs are worth for applying. You can waste a lot of time sending applications that go nowhere. But this tool with a match score could help people focus on roles that actually fit them.

Sometimes job tools recommend roles that don’t really match what I am looking for. The part where this asks follow up questions and learns preferences over time is useful. Does it adjust recommendations quickly after a few interactions or does it take longer to learn what fits best?

@selina4 Exactly! That's one of the reasons we created the approval/rejection system. It usually takes 5 days to learn what you like and start getting 90% job matching scores. It depends, of course, on the quality of feedback you give to Jobbyo and the info you give to it about what you're looking for.

@hannah_krause1 When Jobbyo is blocked or the application requires human writing, Jobbyo will write you with all the information and the job application for you to fill out, if you want to not skip that one. Same for cover letters.

I have seen our company’s HR focus more on quality than quantity when reviewing applications. If this system adjusts resumes based on the role and requirements, it helps candidates send stronger applications instead of random ones. Does it also consider ATS filters used by companies so resumes pass the first screening?
