This is a game changer! After experimenting with the Beta for quite some time, I managed to get tangible insights to how users engage with my site and consume content and managed to translate it to better conversions. A killer product with many delightful touches.

@otymix which startups could not afford $149 / month for understanding their customers? Genuine question because I think it depends what stage a startup is at. I'd say this price is nothing compared to other costs and the results these types of tools can yield.

@otymix@sheppyc I know this thread is a few months old but I just got an email from these guys that they are discontinuing their free tier (funny how they originally called it "always free") and came here to look for alternatives.
I wanted to answer @sheppyc question on which startups can't afford this - bootstrapped startups, the ones that need it the most too, as they mostly likely don't have the UI/UX staff. Jaco has a good product but unfortunately I can't afford it at the moment - I am generating exactly $0 revenue, offering the product to a few beta-testers.
As an early Beta user I have to say that this product and the team behind it are both awesome, the amount of innovation it brings to the table is with not doubt huge. Take it for a test drive.
