@otymix which startups could not afford $149 / month for understanding their customers? Genuine question because I think it depends what stage a startup is at. I'd say this price is nothing compared to other costs and the results these types of tools can yield.

@otymix @sheppyc I know this thread is a few months old but I just got an email from these guys that they are discontinuing their free tier (funny how they originally called it "always free") and came here to look for alternatives. I wanted to answer @sheppyc question on which startups can't afford this - bootstrapped startups, the ones that need it the most too, as they mostly likely don't have the UI/UX staff. Jaco has a good product but unfortunately I can't afford it at the moment - I am generating exactly $0 revenue, offering the product to a few beta-testers.
